Is there anyone like me who tries to find a new menu to cook whenever working from home? This time I found a secret recipe for tasty, multicolor “Swiss Chard” which is really rich in vitamins and love to share with all of you.
The greatest part of this menu is using Swiss Chard leaves for wraps, instead of usual rice paper. This vegetable has anti-inflammatory property, ideal to boost our immune system. When our immune system is strong, our body gets strong too. Maybe we should call it anti-virus vegetable? Well!! If you are ready, let’s see how to prepare it.
First, let’s talk about our protagonist. Clean Vegetables’ freshly harvested Swiss Chard is super crispy and high in vitamins. Blanch it until soft so it is easy to roll. Also, it is tastier and safer to eat when cooked than raw.
Now, let’s assemble the filling with colorful vegetables like carrot, purple cabbage, Japanese cucumber, avocado and steamed chicken breast. Try not to discard Swiss Chard stems because they provide an additional crunch when eating with other vegetables.
Then, take a blanched Swiss Chard leaf and load it with ingredients of your choice before rolling it nicely.
