Delicious Chicken Noodle

How I wish my takeout noodle to be as delicious as the freshly made I have at the restaurant!! 

During the quarantine, we lovers of noodle faced the grave situation of…noodle getting dry and sticking together in a  plump lump and…undetachable. 

This is precisely why I want to invite you all to cook Chicken Noodle at home. And my secret recipe is super flavorful, fragrant and goes extremely well with any noodle. The highlight of this menu is definitely the juicy chicken breast and the divine “tatsoi”, aka rosette bok choy. 

Tatsoi is known to contain a very high amount of calcium, vitamin A and vitamin C, which are essential for our body’s immune system. Remember, your good health reflects on the food you eat! 

Ingredients

  • Tatsoi 
  • Shitake mushroom
  • Blanched bean sprout 
  • Chopped spring onion and coriander 
  • Your favorite noodle
  • Fried garlic
  • Boiled chicken breast
  • Radish
  • Coriander root
  • Star anise
  • Cinnamon

When you blanch tatsoi, make sure not to overcook it because the heat will destroy all vitamin C and Beta Carotene. Therefore, once water comes to a boil, turn off the heat before blanching tatsoi for a few minutes. And done it is! 

Tatsoi is very sweet, crunchy and wholly edible (both stems and leaves), as well as high in fiber and low in fat. It helps enhance the excretory system, prevent constipation, improve eyesight and boost the body’s immune system. 

Last but not least, tatsoi from our farm is grown in a closed, nanoponic system and picked for you at its most scrumptious, crunchy and nutritious! I highly recommend to try it yourself!!
